About Tery P. Sexton
Tery P. Sexton, PMHNP-BC Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Tery Sexton is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner dedicated to helping individuals achieve mental wellness through compassionate, evidence-based care. He provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and personalized treatment plans for patients of all ages.
With over two decades of experience in critical care and emergency nursing, Tery brings a strong clinical background and a trauma-informed approach to mental health treatment. His goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where patients feel heard and empowered in their care. Outside of work, Tery enjoys spending time with his two grown children and two granddaughters. Recently relocated to Arizona, he looks forward to becoming part of the community. A history and archaeology enthusiast, Tery is excited to explore desert ruins and learn more about the region’s rich heritage. Tery is also an honorably discharged U.S. Army veteran, having served in Germany and earning the Army Achievement Medal and the Good Conduct Medal.
